The amount of the deposit varies from the rental vehicle.

It is important to know that while this amount is retained in the client’s account, neither Motokoor nor the client himself will be able to use the amount. Once the service ends and there is no charge, Motokoor will release that amount automatically.

Do you have delivery of the vehicle to the hotel or airport?

What gas should I use and with what amount of gasoline should I return the vehicle?

You should know that there are two types of gas (Regular and Plus), either one is good for the scooter/motorcycle, in the case of cars, Gas Plus should be used.

You will receive the scooter/motorbike or car with a full tank of gasoline. You are expected to return the rental vehicle with a full tank of gasoline or, if applicable, as it was delivered to you.

What happens if the rented vehicle suffers damage or an accident?

Damage will be assessed, and the deposit will be taken to repair themselves.

It is important to know that if the deposit does not cover the damage, you will have to pay the difference.

If the damage is minor and your deposit covered the corresponding part of the damage, the difference will be returned.

How to find out who damaged the scooter or if it was the person who previously rented the vehicle?

When renting the vehicle, photos and videos of the scooter/motorbike or car are taken before delivering it to the client.

In this case we invite customers to do the same. If the rental vehicle suffers any damage upon delivery, it can be verified by showing it in the video and photos prior to the rental.

Is the use of a helmet mandatory?
